How do I change the Email address I set up for my Phyn Account
Unfortunately at this time there is no way to change the email address you set up for your Phyn Account.
You must delete your Phyn Account on the Phyn App and recreate your Phyn Account using the new email account. Here’s how:
- Launch the Phyn App
- Tap Menu > Account > Delete Account
- Enter the mobile phone number associated with the account
- Tap Delete Account
- After the account has been deleted, you can follow the steps to create your Phyn Account and pair the device to your Home Network

Note: By deleting your Phyn Account, the learning process for your home water usage will start over again and some of the machine learning data for your Phyn Plus device will be removed from the Cloud. If you previously had Auto Shutoff enabled, you will need to wait until the learning process once again reaches 100%. During this process you will receive numerous water usage alerts in the Phyn App. You should respond to each alert and identify the source of the water usage, i.e. Shower, Irrigation, Tub, etc. This process could take a couple of weeks or more depending on your water usage. Once the learning process is complete and you are at 100%, you will receive an SMS message telling you that you can enable Auto Shutoff in the Phyn App if you wish.
