I am asked for my username and password every time I launch the Phyn App on my Android Samsung, Pixel or Lenovo phone?

If you are prompted to enter your Username and Password every time you launch the Phyn App on your Android Samsung, Pixel or Lenovo phone, follow these steps to resolve:

First Step:

  1. Ensure that the Phyn App is not running
  2. Tap Settings > Apps > Phyn > Permissions > Toggle Location & Phone & Storage
  3. Tap the Back key which will save the changes

Second Step:

  1. Tap Settings > Apps > Phyn > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Storage
  2. Tap the Back key which will save the changes
  3. Launch the Phyn App and enter your username and password to login.
  4. After you have logged in successfully, close the Phyn App
  5. Launch the Phyn App – You should not be prompted to enter your login credentials again.
